After receiving the RFQ from the customer our R&D department carries out a feasibility study looking for the best solutions for a cost and time-effective product.

Blanks of water meter bodies are available hot-forged, cast, die-cast, gravity cast according to the specific needs of our clients.

Once blanks are produced MFB Bonomi finishes and controls the products using the most advanced machines and tools available on the market. An always updated machine fleet, the most advanced cutting edge technique automation with automatic loading and unloading through anthropomorphous robots, numeric control and host-computer follow-up, allow to monitor all production parameters, exalting the profitability of the system and supporting MFB Bonomi to become a leading manufacturer of water meter bodies and components.

MFB Bonomi produces also a complete range of water meter fittings which goes from ½” up to 2”.

When and if required, we can also provide a partial assembly service of water meter components in order to optimize the indoor procedures of the customer at his headquarters.
